Alocasia Melo

Alocasia Melo are so unique with their deep venations and texture. Each leaf has a green base with beautifully patterned foliage. 

This particular Alocasia is a dwarf, or jewel variety, meaning it will only reach a maximum height of about 2'.  This makes it perfect as an indoor plant.

Alocasia melo prefer to stay on the dryer side, so make sure to allow your plant to completely dry out between watering.

 Plant Alocasia in loose, well-draining potting mix. Choose a location that receives bright, indirect light. Water thoroughly, but ensure that the soil dries out between waterings. Alocasias are heavy feeders, so fertilizing is recommended.
